Is there such a thing as a “free lunch”?

Things can certainly be free of monetary cost, and nothing is free of consequence.

Very few people seem to clear on the difference between money and human value.

As noted above, in terms of consequence, every choice has opportunity cost. Possibility is infinite, reality finite. Choice (or habit and chance) creates the one from the other.
