Converting to electric

Does converting a world into electric-based save our planet?

[ 3/Feb/21 ]

In and of itself, no.

And we need to be clear, the planet is not endangered.

Human life on the planet, that is something else.

Many of the existing sets of ecosystems – many of them too are in danger at present, unless we do make significant changes to how we behave towards each other and the environment that supports us all.

That is doable, and we need to do it, and soon.

Part of doing that is switching from fossil fuels to solar power, and it is much more complex than just that (by many orders of magnitude) – and it is doable.

About Ted Howard NZ

Seems like I might be a cancer survivor. Thinking about the systemic incentives within the world we find ourselves in, and how we might adjust them to provide an environment that supports everyone (no exceptions) - see www.tedhowardnz.com/money
