If You Don’t Eat Yogurt Every Day, This Might Convince You to Start

My old stats lecturer had one mantra – “correlation does not imply causation!”

It might be entirely possible that the health benefits associated with something that most people have with yoghurt (like fresh berries or fruit) rather than with the yoghurt itself.

Until one understands the details of the process, it is very easy to get fooled by superficial statistics.
