To create peace, should we try to eradicate differences?

No.

We need to accept and celebrate diversity.

We need to see value in diversity.

Our survival, the very concept of evolution, is founded on diversity – it is fundamental to our long term survival.

We need to start with a fundamental value of human life, and follow that closely with valuing liberty responsibly expressed (and that means accepting quite broad definitions of responsible).
