Is science a subjective, culturally contingent enterprise?

Science is about asking questions, testing reality, interpreting results.
Any group of humans will develop a culture, it’s what happens.
So any specific group of people engaged in science will develop a culture, but science itself is not bounded, but any group of scientists will be to some degree by the various cultures present in that group (those that are brought in and those that develop).
