Up your vitamin C intake (I’m taking 18g per day).
For most people, minimize your intake of animal protein (I went vegan 8 years ago, and after being a carnivore for 55 years it was hard, and I am still here – at the time I was diagnosed terminal cancer and sent home “palliative care only”).
Have a hunger for life and create strong community networks. We are a fundamentally cooperative species, and we thrive best when we are contributing and appreciated for doing so.
