From my experience, that seems very close.
Intelligence seems to be an ability to relate and abstract. Intelligence allows us to solve problems quickly, but doesn’t determine what sort of problems we solve.
There seems to be a tendency for intelligence to be associated with many different forms of arrogance (hubris).
Wisdom seems to contain an element of being willing and able to see the bigger pictures and looking for solutions that work for everyone in the longest time-frames one can imagine any reasonable probability of a working outcome. Sometimes that means simply accepting that which cannot be changed with the resource currently available.
Part of that seems to be accepting the idea that freedom can only make sense inside of constraints. It is constraints that allow form to develop. Without constraint, everything is just amorphous unpatterned goo.
At every level it is constraints that allow new levels of complexity and freedom to emerge.
Wisdom accepts that.
