Success?

May 1-3,’16 ~QofDay~ Charlie Sheen Quote

As kids we’re not taught how to deal with success; we’re taught how to deal with failure.
If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.
If at first you succeed, then what?

Deb’s got it.

There’s always something else.

I love the Buddhist notion:
“For the master,
on a path worth walking,
for every step on the journey,
the destination grows two steps farther away.”

That’s one of the most powerful descriptions of exploring infinity that I have ever encountered.

Infinity is big enough so that should I live for the rest of eternity, learning new things every day, at the end of eternity, I would still be a close approximation to ignorant.

Life is the journey, the perpetual exploration.

About Ted Howard NZ

Seems like I might be a cancer survivor. Thinking about the systemic incentives within the world we find ourselves in, and how we might adjust them to provide an environment that supports everyone (no exceptions) - see www.tedhowardnz.com/money
