Accept what is.
To the best of one’s abilities, and acknowledging many levels of uncertainty, start with what is present, and work with it.
Be willing to experiment.
Question everything when time allows.
Eat a plant based diet, and get lots of vitamin C.
Get to know yourself on as many levels as possible – from fundamental biochemistry on upwards. Practice self awareness at every level consistently.
