How do you respond to painful thoughts?

Examine them.

Look for underlying root declarations.

Examine those declarations in light of current understanding.

I am 100% clear that any situation is devoid of meaning. The meaning is what I bring to the situation, and emotional pain comes from meaning.

Acceptance removes emotional pain.
