Getting back to aerobic fitness.
Lost it with the cancer.
Was starting to get back there when I broke my collar bone.
Got out on the bike yesterday and the day before, but hit the wall after about 25 mins. Was OK and able to keep going at low power, but 8 years ago I could maintain 185 beats per minute heartrate for 5 hours.
Sunday I could only manage 25 minutes.
Gotta work back up to it – practice, practice, practice.
