What resources do you turn to to determine how to improve your health if you feel it’s not optimal?

Hi Judi

If, as is not explicitly stated by you, it is a recurrence of cancer, then I strongly recommend high dose oral Vitamin C – taken as pure L Ascorbic Acid. A heaped teaspoon twice daily should do the job.

All of my medical files are on my website at https://tedhowardnz.wordpress.com/about/ and what I did and why is on another page https://tedhowardnz.wordpress.com/cancer-treatment/

Very recently, when changing my regime to maximise bone healing, I discovered that supplementation with calcium and magnesium offsets the bowel loosening effects of high dose Vit C, and for one day experienced constipation, for the first time in 4.5 years (that was taking about 10g of calcium/magnesium in one day – definite megadose). Having come back to about 2g per day of calcium/magnesium my bowels are “normal” for the first time in 4.5 years.

I haven’t tried it, and I suspect one could substantially increase the Vit C dose if one also increases calcium/magnesium, without the “eye of a needle at 20 paces” side effects.

About Ted Howard NZ

Seems like I might be a cancer survivor. Thinking about the systemic incentives within the world we find ourselves in, and how we might adjust them to provide an environment that supports everyone (no exceptions) - see www.tedhowardnz.com/money
