Email questions

Question of the Day~ November 2, 2013~ Email Questions

A phenomenon seems to have crept into communication over recent years whereby if a number of questions is asked of someone, perhaps by email, the recipient answers one question and ignores the rest.
Has anyone else here noticed this trend or am I imagining this?

I will sometimes ignore multiple arguments if the all seem to me to be logically contingent on the same premise, and the evidence available invalidates that premise. So to some it may look as if I am ignoring other arguments, but to me I am not.

And I have noticed that there is a tendency in some people to reply to only one question. And fortunately that is still very much a minority tendency in my experience.

About Ted Howard NZ

Seems like I might be a cancer survivor. Thinking about the systemic incentives within the world we find ourselves in, and how we might adjust them to provide an environment that supports everyone (no exceptions) - see www.tedhowardnz.com/money
