Self maintenance

Question of the day, March 22, 2013 – Self Maintenance

Without getting too caught up in definition, let’s assume we are all individual beings with our own soul-ful existence or presence in the worldly body of form.
Is there any significant or important, nourishing, supportive practice, activity or thing that you do, or deem necessary to maintaining your own being?

I like the Maslow Pyramid there Andrew – that is an entirely appropriate answer to the question.

Getting food each day, water, air, sex, sleep, ablutions, maintaining house, supporting clients, etc

Culminating in my activity in this forum and others.
