The one that got away

Question of The Day January 19, 2013 ~ “The One That Got Away”

What’s “the one that got away” — an object that you missed or passed on your chance to acquire, and still think about many years later, wishing you had made a different choice, or been able to get it?

Nope don’t have any of those.

Have accepted all my choices.

A little regret around losing my grandfathers sea chest tools at the moving sale when we left Waitakaruru for Kaikoura 15 years ago, and I still have a couple of things. (My mum’s dad was a sea captain, who sailed ships from England to NZ, then sailed coastal traders around NZ.)
