Question of Day March 7, 2012 – Food You Have Kept With You…

What are the foods you have kept with you, when you are far from home?

Vitamin C, a flask of water with Vitamin C dissolved in it, and a bag of nuts (Almonds, Brazils, Hazels and Cashews); and rolled oats and dried Gogi berries for breakfast. If in the car, then lots of fruit – bananas and oranges in particular.

If travelling across international borders, then can’t really take anything except the vitamin C – have to dispose of everything else at biosecurity checkpoints.
