Question of Day February 28, 2012 – Favorite Domestic Item

Do you have a favorite domestic item…a tool? an appliance? a piece of furniture? Something that you either couldn’t do without or just love and what’s the story behind it, if you do?

My Swiss Army cybertool is always in my pocket, and is used most days, many times.

And there are lots of tools that are part of my life, that I would rather not do without – my laptop and internet connection, my comfortable Super King size bed, my Zero Gravity recliner chair, the Ugly Duckling wood burning stove, running water, clothes washer & drier, dishwasher, refrigerator, deep freezer, telephones, chainsaws, extension ladder, wheelbarrow, Toyota Hilux 4WD, bicycle, ……….

  1. If Len were here at this moment he’d second the motion: Swiss Army zillion-gadget pocket knife. I think the only thing his doesn’t have is a zip-line…
