Why do we question?

Question of the Day August 6, 2011 – Why do we question???

Why All the time we think of Question??? And not Solutions???

I’ll take the opposite tack from OM.
I think we do it because our brains are natural solution machines.
Whatever question is before it, the mind does it’s best to come up with an answer (within the contexts available).

Thus, the real trick, is asking the appropriate question, within the most powerful context, for the situation that we happen to find ourselves in.

At the larger scale, of the population of humans with all their social and technological forms, the most powerful question seems to be, what are the greatest threats to our survival, and what are the most powerful strategic responses to those threats.

For me – solnx.org is most of the answer, and there have been quite a few questions and answers on that subject off my blog post https://tedhowardnz.wordpress.com/money/ over the last few days.

I say we question all the time because it is much harder to get the question right.
With the right question, the answers are obvious – like 42.

Now – if I could just get the question perfected !!! 😉
