River of life

Question of the Day July 23, 2011 – How does your River of Life flow?

So, is this life starting to make you wonder? I know. Of course it is, and of course we are all on our own individual journeys here flowing in our own sovereign rivers, as we are all sovereign beings.
So, how do you feel this River of Life is going for you people?

For me, lots of stuff happens around me, and most of it is well within the probability curves.

I usually trust that there will be a park space for me, so I go right to where I want to go, and most often there is in fact a space very close. Most people seem not to have such a trust, so simply don’t bother to look – therefore it is left for me.

Similarly in most aspects of life.

An exception to that is a recent couple of very generous gifts I received, without asking at any level – it just arrived.

Life has been full the last 3 weeks, doing all the cooking and cleaning as well as trying to stay up with everything else.
Had an extra 4 in the house for the last 24 hours, with my sister Pauline and her family – fed the all, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

Hi OM
Yes – probability curves have a finite probability of all events, even if the probabilities are very low for some – so there is certainly a sense in which all things are within the probability curves.

The gifts I referred to were well outside of normal for me.

Far too many times I have come very close to death, and only survived because I immediately took action based on the intuitions that whispered to me in my mind. And most times I could find small observations that could explain how my mind arrived at the intuition.

Seems like I might be a cancer survivor. Thinking about the systemic incentives within the world we find ourselves in, and how we might adjust them to provide an environment that supports everyone (no exceptions) - see www.tedhowardnz.com/money
