Back Home Again

Just got home from a trip down to Dunedin (8 hour drive when towing a trailer), to spend a few days with Ailsa’s parents. Ailsa’s dad (Les) turned 88 on Friday.
I put the chainsaws in the back of the truck, and trimmed and topped 3 trees that were getting a bit close to the high tension lines. Snowed a bit while we were there. A lot colder down there than it is here in Kaikoura.

Caught up with some other friends and clients while down there, and a few other clients on the way home. Also got some more worms to deal to our kitchen waste.

Feeling great.
Did a bit of coding in the late evenings, and got an update out to clients on Saturday night.

Nice to be back home – the dogs gave us an amazing doggy welcome – both going completely berzerk for about 10 minutes.

Ted – I’m thrilled that your trip went well and that you’ve got the energy, zip, and zing to trim and top three of you father-in-law’s trees with a chainsaw. You’re, by far, the HEALTHIEST “sick” person that I know. WHOOHOO!
