This morning started beautifully, and has continued in similar fashion.
My sister Pauline and family (Peter and their two boys Andrew & Martin) stayed the night before, and we all went out fishing at 9am on a friend’s boat. Fishing was good. I caught a large and several normal sized blue cod, and half a dozen perch.
After that home to a beautiful lunch prepared by Ailsa, including a cake baked with flour I ground before going fishing in our hand mill from wheat, buckwheat, sunflower, chia, and flax. Ailsa made a topping from finely ground cashews and dates with a splash of maple syrup, that was delicious.
After that assembled the shelf I made yesterday for painting, and then played 9 holes of gold with 5 friends (one of who also shared the birthday). Ian offered me the use of his Rife equipment, which I accepted. Another case of, it may not do a lot of good, but it certainly isn’t likely to do much harm.
Sue and Murray are here at the moment and about to leave. Grant just dropped in Ian’s Rife equipment. Ali and Ralph just dropped in our organic veges from the local coop, lots of extra beets.
Soon we are going to have a movie evening after dinner – I think Jewelia has chosen “Lovely Bones”.
A great day – many good wishes from many people.
